Crush Rush 5K will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, along The Woodlands Waterway beginning at 8 a.m. Crush Rush 5K is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department and a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event. The scenic chip-timed 5K course winds throughout The Woodlands Waterway, offering a festive and fun atmosphere for runners of all abilities (recommended for participants ages 10 and older). Runners are encouraged to dress in their best Valentine's Day themed attire!
