The last in our series of chakra workshops.Sahasrara or the crown chakra sits above the head often represented by a thousand petal lotus.
Working with this chakra we can start to feel connected to something greater than ourselves, whatever you want to call it.... the divine, god, spirit, the universe. We can all benefit from being open to something more illuminating and guiding than the human experience.
It would be beneficial to have completed the previous chakra workshops but not essential
This workshop will incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (expanding vital energy using the breath), hasta mudras (hand gestures) and meditation.
We will finish with tea/coffee and cake.
£25 per person including refreshments, information handouts and a crystal to take home.
Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket, everything else will be provided.
