Arno Carstens and Theo Crous have been making music side by side since the early 1990s when they first met in Bellville. What started as a jam session would become one of the most significant partnerships in South African rock history.
They co-founded Springbok Nude Girls in 1994 and went on to create a catalogue of songs that defined a generation. Hits like Illuminate, Blue Eyes and Bubblegum on my Boots, captured the sound of a country finding its voice in the post-apartheid era. This unplugged show strips everything back. Expect acoustic renditions of their biggest songs, some storytelling and behind-the-scenes tales that have never been told before.
