The CrossFit Open is one of the largest community events of the year. We all know it as CrossFit. Every year, hundreds of thousands of athletes from various fitness backgrounds come together to compete in an online, worldwide competition. The Open consists of 3 workouts released over 3 weeks, starting with 26.1, which will be released on 2/26. Workouts can be completed as prescribed (RX) or scaled, which makes the Open so unique and universal.For 3 weeks, athletes will complete 3 intense workouts that test them mentally and physically. These workouts will make you push harder, dig deeper, and take your body to a level you never thought possible. The Open is YOUR time. The Open is when all of your hard work pays off. The Open allows you to be a part of the immense and dedicated CrossFit community. Use the open to test your limits, meet that milestone, and get that 'first' you've been waiting for!
Join Strength United CrossFit on Saturday, March 14th, for the Open workout 26.3. You can participate during the 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00am time slots, and we will have heats in each hour. Come out and support your members.
