We will start the class of milking the cow. Then we will make yogurt using our fresh milk. Next we will learn how to make kombucha and we will also learn how to make sauerkraut. Our overall health starts in our gut and probiotics are essential to our health. We will learn about all the benefits of adding these foods to our diet.
If your overall health is suffering and you are experiencing stomach upset you may want to join us. Everyone will get their very own "pets" to take home with them, yogurt cultures and a kombucha scoby, so you can make your own probiotics at home!
