Our Pastry Chef will take you step-by-step through the croissant-making process. In this hands-on class, you will make the 'détrempe' and 'beurrage', then learn how to properly shape, fill and bake to achieve flaky, delicate croissants.

This class is perfect for friends for want to have a fun and safe activity together

Depending of the pace of the group the class will be done in 4 to 5 hours.

Your safety is our priority: 12 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
