Mandala Art

Building a Mandala is a practice of offering, a practice of architecting the Sacred Cosmos. In this workshop, we will explore the process of collecting natural elements for a mandala, making our own personal expression, and then collaborate on a larger group creation. How do we listen for what wants to emerge? How do we engage with it when it’s complete? What is involved in taking it apart? How do we do that with care and thoughtfulness? 

Embedded in this unfolding is Ritual. We will play together in the simple joy of flowers and pattern-making and begin to taste the deep soul nourishment of collective Ritual practice.
