About this Event
Critical Riding Skills Practice Clinic - This 2-hour practice riding clinic for licensed riders will help you further develop your stopping & swerving skills on your own 2-wheel motorcycle. Many motorcycle crash studies indicate that these two critical riding skills were lacking. This group lesson clinic will help you refine them. More information about this clinic is on the Practice Clinics page of our website. https://www.theridingacademyofnj.com/
Time Schedule & Location
1:00pm - 3:00pm on the date posted for this clinic at MSU's Lot 60 located at 35 Clove Rd in Little Falls, NJ.
An online course (MSF eCourse) must be completed before attending the clinic. Details about the eCourse will be sent in the confirmation email from Eventbrite after you register for this course. THIS IS THE SAME eCOURSE FOR THE BRC1. IF YOU ALREADY TOOK THE MSF eCOURSE, YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE IT AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT A REFRESHER. JUST REPRINT YOUR COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. We need to submit the Completion Certificate ID# to the NJ MVC. Details on how to reprint your Completion Certificate are on the Practice Clinics page of our website.
You will receive a few reminder emails a few days before the clinic starts. These additional informative emails are sent as automated group emails. If you are not getting the automated group emails, add [email protected] to your email Contacts list. Your Spam or Security settings are either sending the group automated emails to your Spam folder or deleting them.

What is your Refund Policy?
Here's our Refund Policy which is posted on the Refunds page of our website under "Policies" and which you will acknowledge that you read when registering for the clinic. It will also be in the confirmation email.
1. If we dismiss you from the practice riding session of the clinic for being late (you can't join the session once the session starts), or for not having all the proper riding gear as outlined on the Practice Clinics page of our website, or for any other reason, we will refund you 50% of the course price. We reserve the right to dismiss a student from a class if they are struggling while riding a practice riding exercise, not able to keep up with the riding pace of the class, didn't meet the objective of a riding exercise within the time frame allotted for the exercise, are a safety hazard to themselves or others in the class or display signs or symptoms of not feeling well (including, but not limited to, anxious, nervous, fatigue, nausea, lightheaded, dizzy, weak, faint, numbness in the fingers or toes, hypothermia, hyperthermia, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, possible concussion). If you want to attend another clinic, you will have to register online for another clinic and pay the full course price again.
2. If you drop out of the riding session of the clinic, or have to drop out of the riding session of the clinic due to an injury, or do not show up for the riding session of the clinic, for whatever reason, we will refund you 50% of the course price. No exceptions. If you want to attend another clinic, you will have to register online for another clinic and pay the full course price again.
Cancellations
- If you contact us by email to cancel your class reservation at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled class, we will refund the entire course price.
- If you contact us by email to cancel your class reservation less than 10 business days and more than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class, we will refund the course price minus a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions.
- If you contact us by email to cancel your class reservation 3 business days or less than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class, we will refund 50% of the course price. No exceptions.
- We reserve the right to change the time schedule of a class or cancel a class at any time due to severe weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or last-minute events scheduled by MSU. Classes are conducted rain or shine unless the weather will severely affect tire traction. If rain is in the forecast for the class you registered for, bring rain gear (rain jacket, rain pants, waterproof shoes, waterproof gloves or wear latex gloves under your gloves) to stay dry.
- If we have to cancel the class, we will refund the entire course price. If we have to cancel a segment of the class, we will give you a partial refund.
- Refunds can only be made to your original payment method.
- Ticket and rental fees are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] for verification purposes.
Switching/Transferring to a future clinic is not permissible. If you registered for the clinic and can not attend it for whatever reason, we will refund 50% of the course price. No exceptions.
Strict Policy: Our Refund Policy is very strict because we do not want to lose money on a class. Since we offer more benefits and features than all the other motorcycle schools in NJ, we run on a very small profit margin and cannot afford to lose money. If you miss a class, can't make a class, or arrive late to attend a class, we can't just put you in another class. That's like buying a seat in two different classes for the price of one seat.
If you have tickets to a sports game or concert and can't make the event for whatever reason, you don't get to go to another game or concert for free.
We lose money on last minute cancellation/rescheduling requests because we lose the ability to sell that seat to someone else on such short notice, and we lose money on the class.
We are very strict on having the proper riding gear for the riding session (the proper riding gear is posted on the Clinics page on our website) and on arriving on time for the riding session because you can't miss any safety information once a riding session starts for liability reasons .
