Critical Mass is a monthly bike ride to celebrate bicycling in Austin, TX.
***Time change for the summer months until the end of September. The ride will leave at 8pm, giving you time after work to relax, eat, shower, and get to the start without having the hot sun in your face.
It’s been 4 years since we rose from the ashes of the OG Critical Mass Austin. Let’s come together and celebrate.
We try and keep a chill pace so everyone can keep up and ride in a mass. We will have a short rest stop for snacks and drinks before heading to the end. We have another special ending planned this month. June was a test run. It’s our time to shine. Keep reading.
Austin is unique in the people who live here, how people can get around on bikes, scooters, single wheels, or skates.
We’ll have two very special guests this month. Rolling Rave will be on the ride with us spinning the tunes. Then Austin Electronic will meet us at the end to continue the dance vibes after a the bike ride. You won’t want to miss this. Invite all your friends.
Bring water and whatever snacks you may need. Store and rest stop before the end stop.
Meet up: around 7:30pm-Food and Drink specials until 6pm at Industry.
Location: ping pong tables next to Industry Bar-food, drinks, restrooms, bike friendly services, cool vibes.

**Wheels down: 8 pm. Don’t be late. New summer heat alert hours.
Pace: Social-stopping at most red lights for mass ups
End: on the DL with the awesome help of #gedilights (photo credit and vibe promoter).
Suggested parking at nearby neighborhoods then bike to the beginning.
