Crescent Club Meeting: Peter Lindsay On Aging Refugees

Peter Lindsay is an accomplished leadership development executive and conflict resolution practitioner originally sponsored by the Rotary Club of Greensboro, North Carolina. Before transitioning into international peacebuilding, he built a diverse twenty-five-year career that began as an officer in the United States Air Force and extended into the private sector, where he worked as a corporate executive and instructional designer for a global leadership development firm.
Driven by a desire to apply his leadership expertise to global conflict resolution, he was selected as a Rotary Peace Fellow at the University of Queensland in Australia. During his fellowship, he focused on peace processes and international governance, collaborating with the Institute for Economics and Peace to facilitate positive peace training programs. Also an author, he has published numerous works on leadership and human development, including a biography of a Sudanese war survivor who founded an indigenous humanitarian non-profit. Through his unique blend of military, corporate, and peacebuilding experience, he continues to advocate for collaborative leadership and structural peace on a global scale
