New classes: Adults Art as Therapy group, two Friday evenings per month beginning on 1 November 2024. 1830-2000. £10 per session. Inverness Creative Academy Workshop space.
Guided self help group combining creative processes, early intervention strategies and self discovery. This group is for personal development to complement other care and support provision for post pandemic challenges. It is not a taught art class but develops the creative individual.
