This workshop is aimed at emerging poets and writers, but can be enjoyed from any stage of your writing development. Over the course of the day we will focus on the form of the organic sonnet, a form which Marty’s been writing in for two years.
We also have time slots set aside for you to write your own organic sonnet.
By the end of the day we'll have;
- completed a close reading of a poem
- explored modern techniques in contemporary poetry
- written new work for further development
We hope you can join us as we take our next steps together in writing for the modern audience.
