Join us for this LOVE themed session of Kids Pilates!

The workshop will start with Stretch and Play Pilates movements through story and rhyme followed by creative crafts.

Remembering about a healthy heart, LOVE and all things heart related.

These sessions are suitable for children aged 5-10 years.
