We especially welcome those who are navigating current emotional and/or psychosocial challenges or have navigated them in the past. Everyone is welcome.The Bona Peiser has a wheelchair-accessible restroom, wide doors, and entrances.
WRITING FOR WELLBEING
Through writing, we can reshape the stories of our lives, find paths of healing and growth, and perhaps even discover our own hero’s journey from a new perspective. In this group, we are all on a collective journey to self-empowerment, supported by the power of words and the warmth of community.
To ensure we have enough materials, it would be great if you could send us a quick email at [email protected] to let us know you're coming. However, feel free to drop by even without registering – everyone is welcome!
Before the Writing group, we warmly invite you to join our Shared Reading group. For the break from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM and the wind-down from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, you are welcome to bring food.
If you arrive and find the front door locked, we are in the seminar room to the left of the entrance. Please knock on the window or wave, and someone will let you in.
