Creative Wellness Flight
About this Event
Think of this event like a flight at a tasting room- but instead of sampling wines, you'll sample different ways of engaging with your own wellbeing.
Throughout the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with paint, collage materials, mixed media and other tactile creative materials in a relaxed, welcoming environment where there is no expectation to create a "perfect" piece.
The experience will also include a special collaboration with Mindful Mood Studio, bringing a mindful sensory element to the afternoon and offering another way to slow down, notice and connect with the present moment.
Come as you are. Try something new. Make something with your hands. Engage your senses. Give yourself permission to pause.
