Supporting Rescue & Spay/Neuter Programs
Join us for a gentle, all-levels, heart-centered Puppy Dog Yoga experience at IM=X Pilates Studio — where movement meets mission.
This isn’t just yoga.
It’s connection.
It’s compassion.
It’s community care for dogs who need us.
Each month, we gather to move, breathe, and share space with the most loving and loyal beings on Earth. You do not need to bring a dog to participate — in fact, many guests come simply to enjoy dog energy and support the cause.
Our classes are designed to:
- Help puppies and dogs build positive, safe experiences around people
- Support spay and neuter initiatives both in the DMV and internationally
- Encourage adoption over shopping
- Create calm, confidence, and connection for both humans and dogs
A portion of proceeds each year supports local DMV rescues, and we are actively funding spay/neuter and puppy placement programs in Thailand.
This all-levels class welcomes:
- Children ages 10 and up
- Yogis of all experience levels--first timer friendly
- Dog lovers who simply want to be around puppy dog joy
If you choose to bring a dog, they must be fully vaccinated and fairly comfortable in new environments.
