Open to everyone in any kind of recovery . Addiction , mental health problems, grief and loss , general health all welcome to come and join in for chat, friendship activities and support . Creative activities can help people express and manage their emotions in a positive way. So come and join me , we will be doing lots of lovely activities . This group will be run fortnightly . All equipment supplied and refreshments are included for a suggested donation of £3 🙏
