• Hands on/playful exercises to help bring out the different layers of your subconcious and conscious beliefs, behaviors and/or mindsets around your own creativity
• Verbal and written expression in a group setting
• Community, laughter, the freedom to dream and the practice of sharing those dreams with those around you to help move you, your life, your voice, and your body into the motion that it needs for change to happen
