Give your child or teen a positive, judgment-free space to release stress, build confidence, and connect through creativity and movement. “Creative Outlet” blends expressive activities and movement-based workshops designed to help young people turn emotions into expression and movement into confidence. 🎨🎶💃🏽

Group therapy & movement workshops for kids & teens, ages 5–17, including:
• Kids who need a healthy outlet
• Teens who want a real space to be seen and supported
• Youth who love to move and express themselves

WHAT TO EXPECT
Participants will rotate through guided creative and movement experiences, with age-appropriate grouping and supportive facilitation. Parents/guardians can expect a structured, safe environment focused on expression, confidence, and community.

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR
• Comfortable clothes and sneakers (movement-friendly)
• Water bottle
• Optional: a small journal/notebook
