Join Amanda, from Lets Step In, on a sensory and creative journey exploring different forest-bathing practices and meditations before expressing creatively what you’ve been experiencing in nature on paper and with words using Japanese practice.
This is a peaceful session that gives you time to simply be with nature and yourself. This isn’t about creating masterpieces it’s about taking time to switch off, slow down and enjoy expressing yourself and connecting with what you notice in nature.
