Creative Movement: The Experience is a guided moving meditation set within the living energy of the botanical garden. This immersive journey weaves together breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, and meditation—inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect to your body in harmony with nature.

We begin with intentional breathwork to ground the nervous system and open awareness, followed by fluid somatic movement and accessible yoga designed to release tension, awaken sensation, and encourage intuitive expression. The experience gently transitions into meditation and stillness, allowing you to fully absorb the rhythms of the garden—its sounds, textures, and natural flow.

This is not about performance or perfection, but presence. You’ll be guided to move as meditation—listening inward, honoring your body, and letting nature lead the pace.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A towel or light covering for meditation/rest
• Water to stay hydrated

What to wear:

• Comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Barefoot or sneakers welcome.
