A mirror reflects the feelings we hold about ourselves. It gently reveals where we resist, where acceptance is needed, and where we are already open and flowing. Mirror work invites us to care for ourselves on a deeper, more compassionate level.
Join Victoria from Soul Stones Studio for a Creative Mindfulness Mandala Mirror Workshop, where we weave together the energy of the mandala, a symbolic expression of the universe representing unity, wholeness, infinity, and timelessness, with mirror work, the practice of planting healing affirmations within the subconscious mind.
Together, these practices support self-love, acceptance, self-esteem, peace of mind, and inner joy.
Following our opening circle, you will be guided step by step in creating your own personal mandala mirror. All materials are provided, and you’ll choose the design and colours that speak to you. Your finished piece will also carry an intentional personal message, revealed through the mirror work practice.
This joyful, meaningful experience is therapeutic, meditative, and creative… and super fun!
