A gentle and nourishing Mother’s Day offering created to honour womanhood in all of its expressions.
This 90-minute experience weaves together a slow, heart-centered yoga flow with Reiki therapeutic touch to support deep relaxation and energetic balance. Through mindful movement, grounding breath, and spacious stillness, participants are invited to soften into the body and reconnect with their inner steadiness and strength.
Throughout the practice, light hands-on Reiki support will be offered to encourage restoration, calm the nervous system, and create a felt sense of being supported and held.
This workshop is open to all women — mothers, daughters, those grieving, those longing, and those nurturing in countless seen and unseen ways. Together, we gather to celebrate resilience, tenderness, and the sacred rhythm of giving and receiving.
The experience will close with an extended guided relaxation for integration and deep rest.
About your instructor Pat:
Pat Martel has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and brings a warm, grounded presence to her classes. She holds a 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa training and a 200-hour Kundalini training, with additional training in Yin, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga.
Pat is also attuned in Usui Reiki, which she weaves gently into her teachings to support energetic balance and inner healing. Her classes invite students to connect deeply with breath, awareness, and the quiet wisdom within.
Price: $37.50 plus HST - non members must pay drop in guest fee plus workshop fee.
