Creative Juices Flow

Join us at Kuumba Juice and Coffee on Saturday, August 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM to flow with us down the Beerline Trail then tap into your creative flow with a poetry workshop and share-out, fueled by fresh-pressed juice from Kuumba Juice & Coffee

All ages are welcome to attend. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Info: The first 30 minutes we'll allow people to get settled into the space and check-in. This will also be a time for introductions so we can get to know each other, learn more about Run Black & Green, and warm up for our walk/run.

Info: Attendees will have the option to walk or run for up to 2 miles. The hosts will inform and guide attendees through the routes on the Beerline Trail based on which option they choose.

Info: We'll return from the walk/run for a short cool down and give people time to grab juice and light refreshments.

Info: Floetry session where participants can choose to write poems or create visual poems with collage materials provided to them. Attendees can choose to share the poems they created in the session or previously written poems in an open mic fashion.
