Step into a nourishing experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect—with your body, breath, creativity, and inner radiance.This immersive workshop blends somatic practices, expressive art, breathwork, skincare rituals, and self-havening touch to support nervous system regulation and whole-self renewal. Through gentle movement, creative exploration, and self-havening practices, you’ll release tension, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection to yourself—inside and out.
Together, we’ll explore grounding somatic practices, calming breathwork, expressive art, and skincare as a mindful ritual. This experience invites presence over perfection—a space to rest, reflect, and restore.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. A portion of the proceeds will support C.R.E.A.T.E. Community Studios, helping expand access to expressive arts and mental health resources in our community.
Each participant will create a take-home ritual kit to continue the experience.
