Creative Cooking for Youth - Ages 8 -12

Spice Splatters and Soul offers a unique hands-on cooking experience designed to inspire creativity and connection with food. Tailored for youth (ages 8-12 12 and up) and adults these sessions are about more than just cooking—they're an exploration of flavors mindfulness and self-expression. Whether you're a young chef just starting out or an adult looking to reignite your passion for cooking these classes provide a fun welcoming environment where participants can learn create and share.

I believe that cooking can be a soulful experience that fosters mindfulness and creativity. Each session is filled with vibrant ingredients playful techniques and opportunities for participants to explore new dishes while building confidence in the kitchen. The goal is to create a space where participants can express themselves learn new skills and connect with others through the art of cooking.

Group sessions are currently held on Sundays at The Red Door in Fergus ON with separate times available for youth and adult classes. In addition to our regular sessions we offer special booking options at various locations for couples parent and youth pairs or small private groups making it the perfect activity for family bonding a fun date or a gathering with friends.
