This is an advanced program, condensed into a one-day workshop, followed by one week online in a highly effective format designed to maximize your abilities using LSP.

Another conflict - UGH! Have you ever wished you had the perfect creative tools to help manage these nasty beasts? You are not alone.

If you are leading innovation, chances are you are leading change. Even the most positive change initiatives can be disruptive. Interpersonal, intergroup, and/or multilevel organizational conflicts can erupt without warning and at the most inconvenient times. When small conflicts are poorly managed, this can lead to conflict tsunamis that surprise even the most skilled facilitator. But if you are prepared with superior tools at your side, you will not get swept away.

Professionals who have these tools in their LEGO Serious Play methods toolkit can skillfully analyze and manage conflicts.

This is a one-day intensive workshop, followed by 7 days of self-serve learning online.

4. Apply LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methods and other creative tools to conflict management
5. Identify the best and most appropriate tools to analyze conflicts
6. Supplement your creative program and make it even more adaptable and creative with new tools and techniques
7. Change negative dynamics by using underlying neuroscience principles to change negative dynamics
8. Facilitate and explore new activities, tools, and techniques
9. Create your own specialized kit for your unique client situations

If you do not have a previous LSP certification course, please sign up now for one of the scheduled courses being offered: Teams and Groups, Creative Coaching, or Strategic Storytelling. These all satisfy the prerequisites for this program.

This is a fast-paced, jam-packed program, so be prepared to become immersed in deep-level thinking. The training is based on our work with clients, and we will present client cases in areas including health care, government, and private industry. The underpinnings of our strategy work are based on the work and research of the founding fathers of LSP—Johan Roos and Bart Victor—as well as their collaborations with Statler & Burgi.

Along with your manual, you will also receive templates you can use to better understand clients’ needs, research articles, LSP diagnostic cards, and sample road maps to get results. Remember, you can apply all these workshop formats to sessions of interpersonal, intergroup, and large multigroup conflicts.
