This guided workshop uses creative play as a structured way to explore emotions, experiences, and life transitions.

Participants are invited into a series of playful, low-pressure art prompts designed to bypass overthinking and invite curiosity, movement, and experimentation. The emphasis is not on artistic skill or finished results, but on process, exploration, and meaning-making.

No art experience is required. Materials are simple and accessible. The workshop offers a supportive, lightly facilitated space where play becomes a practical tool for reflection and integration.
