Your glass creation will be ready for pickup the following business day. 12noon to close. Tue-Sun. That is our GAI commitment to you. No calls and emails are necessary.
THIS IS A SESSION a ticketed person can ask to make a 2nd one during the session and for a discounted price - make 1 more, because they are so fun, different, unusual!
ONLY the 1 individual ticketed person is permitted to take advantage of this offer.

Glass Arts Indiana works hard on NOT being wasteful of everything in our studio.
That includes our cullet. Perhaps you know that each art glass piece we create, sends a little bit of left-overs into our cullet barrels.
So, new to you and GAI, we are cullet-able! And you will love this new class offering. It's a bit of twisty-mixy-balancey fun! You will get to select from our color groupings to create your own 100% never! to! ever! be reproduced! in that particular color application ever!

Each person participating in any Glass Arts Indiana hands-on session is required to have their own individual ticket.
Please arrive10-15 minutes prior to the session.
Instructors will start no later than 5 minutes after the posted start time.
GAI staff will determine if you may join the session or if you forfeit your ticket/place in the class. If it is determined that you are too late, and you have missed the introductory safety and process demonstration, this will hinder your ability to function in the session and to keep our staff, our studio and equipment , and then you safe, GAI will not allow you to be part of the session. NO refund or carrying of your ticket value will be honored.
Check you GPS, prior to your event date. Entry is at Indy Fused Glass or at the main entry. A single man entry door to the left of Indy Fused Glass. Follow the interior signs to the GAI Studio. Factory Arts District is an old factory...the one way street is Brookside Ave. On the left is Indy Fused Glass. Free ground level parking is on the right - 1/2 way between Centerpointe Brewery and 8th Day Distillery.
If GAI decides to hold your ticket value due illness or a family emergency THIS VALUE will ONLY BE HELD FOR 4 months from EVENT DATE.
No dollar value will be carried beyond this time frame.
All sessions will start by 5 minutes past the posted start of the class time, to keep from delaying our punctual attendees waiting and causing our instructors to get behind in our busy studio schedule. Please check your GPS route day of for your best route to our GAI Studio.
The MAIN Entry is a single man door BESIDE a business named Indy Fused Glass. Please follow the signage once you enter. There is a Silver Sign above this door listing some of the businesses inside the FAD building. There is a ground level parking lot directly across from this door. GAI@FAD is halfway between Centerpoint Brewery and Fowling Warehouse.
2 ways to enter the building- if Indy Fused Glass is open...enter there- it is our sister studio and the artists will point you in the right direction.
If Indy Fused Glass is not open- Enter at the main entry - the single man door immediately to the LEFT of Indy Fused Glass, then follow the signage.
To begin this workshop our instructors will guide you through studio safety, followed by a demonstration of the piece you will be making. Then working one-on-one alongside an instructor, we will gather molten glass from the furnace, add colorants of your choosing, then shape and sculpt molten glass.
You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.

The following are the policies regarding cancelling a reservation:
If You Have Booked Class Time Through EventBrite or the Studio:
-100% Refund with 7 or more days’ notice of the ticket value - no EventBrite processing fee will be refunded.
- 0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice.
Private Lesson
- 0% refunded/No cancellations.

Your beautiful unique creation will have to cool down slowly and will be available to pick up the next business day.
The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with closed toed shoes. No synthetic clothing. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio.
