Nothing captures the eye than a unique photograph in your portfolio that makes the viewer ask, "How did they do this?" A product displayed in an 'exploded' manner does just that. If you are a product, food, or even a fine art photographer, this technique can easily be added to your portfolio.
This workshop will walk you through my complete workflow from creating a concept, establishing a suitable presentation angle, setting up and photographing the parts, and finally, assembling those parts into a final image. Each attendee will have a chance to create an exploded view image. Along the way, you'll learn different techniques used to create the assets needed for the final composition. Then I will go through the compositing process in Photoshop.
