WEEKLY CLASSES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 7th!Mindfulness & Meditation are the most empowering practices you will ever learn! Regain control of your mind, cultivate your natural resilience and inner balance, and bring more peace and joy into your life!
Classes will meet on Sundays & Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8:30pm
Class will be conducted in person but the option to participate online is available. All classes will be recorded, so you never need to worry about missing a class!
MODULE 1: FOUNDATIONAL PRACTICES & THEORY
September 7, 2025 - November 2, 2025
In Module 1, you will learn tried and true methods to focus and quiet the mind, how to develop a sustainable meditation practice, and you will be introduced to both ancient and modern-day meditative theory. This module is perfect for those who wish to establish or deepen their own personal practice and is required for those seeking certification as a Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator. No prior experience is needed! Come as you are!

September 7, 9, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30 // October 5, 14, 21, 26, 28 // November 2

MODULE 2: EARN YOUR TEACHING CERTIFICATION!

This module is for those who wish to lead others in pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation. Graduates will be issued their Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Training certification from The Jiiva Center! Module 1 is a pre-requisite for Module 2.
