Taking a psychological perspective on these issues, this workshop will be a practical, interactive session focused on problem-solving and productive action. What are the key people-management, work environment, and team issues you are facing in your business post-pandemic? In what ways have shifting beliefs, emotions, and behaviour shown up in your team? Come prepared with a specific question or scenario you would like to make progress with. Participants will learn more about the psychological impacts of the pandemic on individual and team wellbeing, and the leadership qualities that can foster performance in this changed world of work. Through coaching conversations with Judith and their CEO and founder peers, attendees will focus on values and purpose, and plan actions to take as wise and compassionate leaders.

Dr Judith Holden, the director of Seren Bay Limited, is dual-chartered Clinical Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist based in the West Midlands at Bruntwood’s Cornwall Buildings in Birmingham. Judith has more than 25 years’ experience working with individuals, groups, and teams and specialises in trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth.
