WHAT TO EXPECT: A guided experience of breath, movement, and painting with natural earth pigments.
You'll leave with your own sizable painting on raw canvas to take home.
WHO IS IT FOR: You don't need to be an artist. You don't need meditation experience.
FACILITATORS: Theresa Gray - Leading the painting with sustainably sourced natural pigments and Michelle Shaw - Guiding the movement, breath, and meditation practices.

All yoga and painting supplies are included simply bring curiosity and willingness to explore.
$129 workshop fee + $30 materials fee

GATHERING SPACE: We’ll settle in to Manifest Events next door to Satya Yoga. There’s an abundance of yoga props. All art supplies await you. Spaces are limited. Registration in advance is required.
