Creating Mindful Mandalas is a journey to your core, leaving you feeling enriched and peaceful as you explore your inner self through layers of drawing patterns. The circle often represents a safe and contained space, and Mandalas have been found to help those experiencing anxiety and stress achieve mindfulness, heal, and focus attention. Creating artwork within the circle can help silence your inner critic and induce a calm, meditative state.

Your instructor, Sneha, will begin the class with a quick introduction to Mandala art and the materials. She’ll then guide you through the drawing and coloring process, offering a highly enriching personal experience. You’ll have the freedom to look inside yourself and find the shapes, colors, and patterns to represent anything from your current state of mind to your most deeply-desired wish for yourself, a loved one, or for humanity.

Who is this for: This workshop is recommended for ages 12 and up, and welcomes all those seeking a fun, creative, and mindful art therapy experience. No prior drawing experience is needed—just a desire to learn and explore!
