About this Event


Immerse yourself in the flavors of Italy during this hands-on pasta-making experience at Park City Culinary Institute.

Led by one of our first-class Chefs, they will take you from the pasta to the parmesan, teaching you how to create two fresh, handmade pastas from scratch, paired with two classic Italian sauces, including a rich, authentic cheese sauce and a vibrant vegetable-based sauce.

This class is designed for all skill levels and takes place in our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen. You’ll finish the evening enjoying everything you’ve made alongside the chef.

$95 per person (includes wine pairing)

This class is held at our teaching kitchen located at:
📍 1484 South State Street, Salt Lake City


Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all required tools.
Please wear closed-toe shoes.
There is no minimum experience required.
Street parking is available.

We often take photos during class to share on social media and our website.
If you would like to opt out, please let us know upon arrival.
