Working with two of us allows your body to be supported at multiple levels; physical, emotional and nervous system without the overwhelm.
▪️ CRANIOSACRAL bodywork supports the release of deeply held physical tension, particularly around the head, neck, spine and nervous system.
▪️ SOMATIC and intuitive energy healing works with how emotional stress is held in your body, allowing release without the need to revisit painful experiences.

💫 THE TWO PART JOURNEY:
This journey is held across two sessions, TWO WEEKS APART (22nd April & 6th May)
This spacing allows your nervous system time to integrate the first session, so the second session can work more effectively

💫 WHAT TO EXPECT:
▪️Luxury healing beds ready for you to arrive, lie down and begin to switch off
▪️Candle lit ambience to reduce stimulation
▪️Essential oils to support relaxation (optional)
▪️You will be guided into a short healing meditation to support relaxation
▪️Therapeutic sound used gently and intuitively
▪️Craniosacral bodywork to encourage physical unwinding + calming of your nervous system at all levels
▪️Somatic + intuitive energy healing to support your emotional and energetic regulation
▪️Gentle, grounding points on your head, lightly facilitated by Juliet, to support deeper relaxation, energetic balance + integration within your body
▪️Gentle soundscape music
▪️Closing silently with a warm herbal tea. Giving time for your body to integrate the healing rather than bringing you back to the mind
