Spring Soul Reset

Just as nature stirs to life in April, this session is designed to wake up your own dormant energy. I will use Reiki-infused crystal healing to clear away the "winter cobwebs" of the mind and spirit. It’s a seventy five-minute invitation to emerge from your shell, feeling refreshed, vibrant, and ready for the brighter days ahead.

We will start the session with some breathwork and mindfulness and then move into a 45 minute healing session after this there will be time to write intentions for the upcoming Spring season.
