Come along to our FREE catered Crafty Chats with a special presentation, Master Your Mind. Enjoy a coffee or tea and BYO craft activity (e.g. knitting, drawing book) as you listen to an in person presentation that teaches you techniques in harnessing mindfulness in response to unhealthy life stress.Afterwards, enjoy a warm light lunch in our community halls.
