This workshop is a lovely self-care day. We use the ' Tree of Life' model to facilitate exploring identity, values and strengths which helps us craft a value-based life and future. This workshop acknowledges, considers, and balances the challenges of life with the right to have a meaningful and purposeful future.

Reclaim your Identify is a perfect workshop for anyone who wants to gift themselves of someone they love a day of self. It promises to be informative, interactive, reflective, supportive and a whole lot of fun.

The workshop would benefit: new and not so new parents; empty nesters; carers; anyone navigating a new relationship status; anyone navigating change in employment of study status; anyone with a new or existing diagnosis or disability; so pretty much anyone looking to craft a future in which they may thrive.
