Join Executive Chef Brandon Peterson and Chef de Cuisine Austin Lucas for an immersive, hands-on culinary class that celebrates bold flavors and wild game.
This experience begins with a live demonstration where you’ll learn professional techniques for grinding, mixing, and stuffing venison sausage. These are practical skills you can take home and use again. After the demo, you’ll create your own custom 16 oz summer sausage using a buffet of fresh minced herbs, cheese varieties, dried fruits, peppers, and spices.
Each participant will leave with a raw sausage ready to bake, grill, or smoke at home. You’ll also receive a recipe card for our house seasoning blend and detailed cooking instructions.
A cash bar featuring local and craft beers will be available throughout the event to complement the flavors and enhance the experience.
