Join us for Crafting Change 2024 on October 25th, at The Virgin Hotel!
Partnering with local artisans and celebrating our honorees…we come together for a fun and meaningful event that includes shopping (a portion of sales benefits The Family Center), lunch, and recognition of those who are crafting change for children across our communities!
THE FAMILY CENTER is a leader in helping parents provide a more nurturing environment that increases their children’s resilience. Our programs are open to all families yet focus on the most vulnerable, working with parents through jails, substance recovery facilities, Davidson County Juvenile Court, and those referred through the Department of Children’s Services (DCS). We also provide community groups and 1:1 family coaching in homes or safe spaces. Our Organizational Resilience work involves helping courts, jails, nonprofits, health departments, school systems, etc. identify needs and create trauma informed awareness and resources for staff and clients.
