Craft Club - Embroidered Plant
Advertisement
In exact contrast to the last Craft Club, nothing about this one is a secret!
This Craft Club is relaxed. Think sitting on the floor, on a pillow, or in a cozy chair and picking at a project with a cup of tea/coffee next to you. Lead by Rebecca Gladney, you’ll learn some basic needlework work skills, and leave with new friends (including a plant you can’t K*ll well underway). For lots of hands-on help, this will be limited to just 10 people.
(Pots provided will vary from those in the photo. If you have a small pot or container you want to build your plant in, feel free to bring it along. Maximum of a 3inch size please.)
Depending on individual skill levels with needlework, the embroidered plant will likely take more than the first session to complete, but you will leave with the skills and all necessary materials to be able to complete it. Rebecca will host additional drop-ins on July 19 and 26 for those that want additional support completing the plant, or for anyone who wants to BYOC (bring your own craft) and enjoy community and connection.
Ticket includes:
everything required to complete the craft
coffee/tea
a treat from Postmaster's Bakery
We’re gathering at the cozy and quaint RG Industries space, 452 Water Street.
Once purchased, ticket is non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can send a friend in your place.
