CPR & Basic First Aid

Join us for Hands-Only CPR & Basic First Aid training!

Learn life-saving skills at our in-person event at LAVA. We will provide instruction on hands-only CPR and AED use, skills that anybody can use to save the life of somebody in cardiac arrest. As time permits, there will also be a brief overview of basic first aid principles.
We are not accredited by the Red Cross or American Heart Association; certification will not be issued after the class. Instruction is intended for "Good Samaritans."
