About this Event
Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental health impacts all communities and touches most families in some capacity. Because the signs are not always visible, developing a foundational understanding of mental health can play a critical role in fostering healthier relationships, strengthening ministry, and guiding individuals toward the support and resources they may need.
This training is designed to remove fear and hesitation often associated with conversations about mental health. It equips individuals with the tools and confidence needed to start these important discussions, ensuring that more people receive support without judgment or stigma.
Registration is required! Questions about the event can be directed to Rev. Toneh Smyth at [email protected].
*This training will be provided by Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHIDS)
