- already able to run at least 2km without taking a break?
- interested in improving your running technique?
- interested in getting a bit of sparring on your training structure?
- adding a bit of fun and structure to your running training?
- Vegan, vegetarian or plant curious?
- up for socialising and having fun with likeminded people?
Then join CPH Plant Runners. These open sessions will be structured in a way that means they will be both fun and challenging for all levels of runners.
Maximum number of participants is 20, so please only sign up if you intend to show up. First come, first serve.
