Join us for Cozy Creature Homes at Little Nestlings Early Learning Center.

This free Community Saturday invites young children to imagine a small woodland creature and create a cozy home for it using natural materials, soft textures, paper, fabric, cardboard pieces, leaves, sticks, and loose parts.

Children might create a soft nest, a small shelter, a resting place, a garden corner, or an entirely imagined home. The activity invites children to think about comfort, care, belonging, and what living things might need.

This event is not a Halloween event. It is a gentle autumn invitation into empathy, nature connection, storytelling, and hands-on creativity. Families will get a glimpse into how Little Nestlings supports social-emotional learning through play, imagination, and meaningful materials.

Children will choose natural and soft materials to make a small home, nest, shelter, or resting place for an imagined woodland creature.
