About this Event
Join us for an interactive evening at the Meyer Center focused on the powerful connection between exercise and heart health. Learn how even small changes in your daily routine can make a meaningful difference in your cardiovascular health. Exercise Physiologist Tyrus Ayers will lead attendees through beginner-friendly, at-home exercises while sharing practical tips for staying active. Dr. Stephen Gallo, vascular surgeon, will discuss the benefits of exercise for heart and vascular health. The evening will conclude with an open Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert advice. Light snacks and raffle giveaways will also be provided.
