A Sunrise Gathering
As the sun is scheduled to rise at 6:34AM and a new day begins, we invite you into a deeper experience of sacred connection...with yourself, your body, your breath, and the living world around you.
This special sunrise gathering serves as a celebration experience for our Wisdom in the Trees journey, bringing together awareness, movement, somatic exploration, reflection, and heart-centered connection at the three-week or "halfway point" of the journey.
We'll begin with a warm mug of cacao as we salute the sun and set our intentions for the morning.
Together we will explore:
• Guided breath and awareness practices
• Somatic connection exercises
• Sacred self-reflection
• Partner and community connection experiences
• Journaling and integration prompts
• Nature-inspired wisdom and mindfulness practices
This experience is designed for anyone seeking greater self-awareness, authentic connection, nervous system regulation, and practical tools for living with greater intention and presence.
No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Journal and pen
• Water bottle
• Blanket or pillow for comfort
• An open heart and curious mind
Just as the trees grow stronger through deep roots and steady nourishment, we too become stronger through intentional daily practice and meaningful connection.
