The Covellite Players bring the energy of the 80s and 90s to the stage with The Power of Pride, an immersive performance honoring decades of resistance, resilience, and community.
Inspired by real stories and queer history, the show weaves together moments of struggle, strength, and identity. It is bold, emotional, and rooted in lived experience.
Created and directed by James Michael with support from the Covellite Creative Team, and presented in partnership with local organizations promoting HIV testing and reducing stigma.
