Couples Night Out - a 3 course meal

We'll start with crab fingers simmered in a rich, garlicky butter sauce served with bread perfect for dipping. Next, we'll prepare a Southern classic: Smothered Steak, full of comforting flavors. Finally, we will end the night with a show-stopping dessert: Bananas Foster, flambeed to perfection! A complementary glass of wine will be offered during the meal.
